2021 Conforming Loan Limits

New conforming loan limits have been issued for conventional loans. Effective immediately, we are able to lock conforming loans up to $548,250. (Up $37,850 from 2020 limits.)

FHA has not yet released their new limits, but are expected to within the coming weeks.
