Bob Vensko, President of Regal Home Lending, began his career in the mortgage industry in early 2006. The market was booming — until it wasn’t! Between 2007-2008, the real estate market’s bottom completely fell out. Bob was devastated to learn how many of his clients could potentially lose their homes due to the impact this had on the nation, but more importantly, the local community in which Bob lives and serves.

It was at this moment that Bob took it upon himself to take a NEW approach on how to provide the most education and understanding for his clients. Many clients begin the loan process with a hand shake and close on their mortgage with a hug.
